I'm still working away on projects, doodling, sketching & scanning.

The house is warm & cosy again (new boiler successfully installed), the sun is out & I have a little, fluffy bunny lying at my feet. All is well with the world :)

Buy any one of my prints and you can have (as a special gift to you) a print for free. Just type the code 'SNOWFLAKE' & the name of the free print you would like in the message to seller box at checkout. Offer ends Sunday 9th at midnight.

You can visit my Not On The Highstreet shop here & my Etsy shop here. I have different products in each shop so it's worth checking out both. I offer international shipping in both shops too.

Many thanks again & enjoy! :)

Baby's First Christmas

I was so excited when I made my daughter's first Christmas card & now you can have one too for your little ones. The card shows one of my mixed media paintings/illustrations which I scanned in and edited on the computer so I could give the little rabbit a knitted scarf tied with a button :)

Christmas Is Coming!

Hallo. It's been a busy couple of weeks! I've been trying to get all my Christmas cards uploaded into the shop, do my stock taking, carry on with my freelance work & e-course work & send out orders on time. Orders are already starting to pick up for Christmas which is fab news & its making me feel festive- is it to early to feel festive?

Here are two new designs now available in my shop & I'll be sharing more designs very soon. Hope you like!

This card is based on a mixed media illustration of two bunnies in love called Oscar & Laila
For more info. click here

I originally designed this card for my daughter Evie to give to her Daddy. I wanted it to look like she had hand drawn it & then I got the pencils, pens & crayons out and let Evie colour it in, she loved every minute and it made the card so special & thoughtful. I'm hoping other Mummys & Daddys will agree that its a lovely idea too :) I've also designed this card for grandparents & siblings. For more info click here

Paper, paper and more paper!

Who'd have thought that picking paper would be soooooo hard and time consuming!
For a while now I've been on the search for a light cream textured board for one of my card ranges. I did find one that was perfect but unfortunately when I received my batch through the post the texture had been exaggerated and it just didn't work with my designs. Then I found another perfect board but it only comes in two weights- one's too thick and the other's too thin! I've probably tried about 20 different papers by now- maybe I'm being too picky? The problem is I think the card you use can make or break a design so I really don't want to settle for something I feel isn't quite right- so the search is on again! :-(

On a much more positive note, the agency I work for- Cinnamon Joe Studio just sent me the fantastic news that one of my designs just sold (see above). So I'm all smiles again! :-)
