Mr. & Mrs. Rabbit

Hello, guess what I found? One of these! I am so excited by this because I've really wanted one ever since I saw it on willy nilly waterlily's blog. I just fell in love with the little fella- his name is Pecan and he comes from the company called Noferin (which I've mentioned before) who create the most amazing products. When I went to purchase one from their website alas they had sold out, then one day recently I was walking through London and thought I would visit one of my favourite shops and low and behold there he was staring back at me- and he was the last one in the shop :) It was destiny! lol!

Today I thought I would share a design with you from one of my newest card ranges called Mr. & Mrs. Rabbit. The range was inspired by two little rabbits called Dillon & Cassandra because when they met for the first time it was love at first site ! Ahhhhhh...............sigh.
This is one of my favourite ranges so I hope you like it too!

I hope you all have a fantastic weekend or Bank Holiday weekend as some of you will be having. I'm really looking forward to three days off! :)

Brave Little Bunny

Hello! I'm back to my normal cuteness today :)
Thought I would show you my get well card from my Where's rabbit? range today. This sold really well at Harrogate Home & Gift, every time I look at this little fella I want to give him a cuddle!
Just a quick post today as it's Phil's Birthday and I've got to get his Birthday cake ready for when he gets home (which will be any minute now)- gotta get those candles on the cake ready to be lit! Happy Birthday Phil!
I'll be back posting again on Friday so hope to see you then :)

Creepy Crawlies!

Hello all!
Hope everyone had a great weekend?
I have another Bugz design to show you today. I was fascinated by the Water Spider when I read how it manages to live under water! It's amazing how life on earth has adapted over time in order to survive don't you think?
As already mentioned in the previous post my bugs designs are all part of my Boyz Like Bugz card range but I thought I would let you know that they are also available as art prints. I took a friends suggestion, framed them and put them up on the wall on my stand at Harrogate and they attracted quite a lot of attention. I often find it quite hard to find interesting and contemporary wall art for boys and I think these fit the bill! :) They are now available in my Etsy shop.
Have a great day and I'll be back blogging again on Wednesday- with some much more cute designs!

For all the bug lovers out there!

It's Friday everyone! Can you believe it? I can't- I'm sure it was Monday yesterday! I've been desperately trying to stay on track this week with my work schedule so time has flown by & unfortunately I've not had much time for blogging :( Thank you to everyone for your lovely comments on my previous post :) I really want to find myself a funky pair of wellies now for winter!

Have I ever mentioned before that I live in an old Victorian house? I don't think I have? I always dreamed of living in an old property with lots of character so the day we signed on the dotted line I couldn't believe that the house I used to drive by & look longingly at with the blue door & big bay windows was now actually ours. Two years later & I still have to pinch myself when I walk up to the door! :D Anyway with all this old character & charm comes something that not everyone would happy about..........bugs! Honestly I have spotted bugs in this house that I don't even recognise- I'm sure some of you may be shuddering at this point but I find it quite fun & try and work out what they are! lol! This was part of my inspiration for the design I'm going to show you today. As I read up on different types of bugs I realised that most of them & their antics are really very interesting- even charming in some cases. Bugs? Charming? How can the two possibly go together? So I became hooked & decided to design a range of cards called Boyz Like Bugz.
I hope you like the design, it is very different from my usual work but it was incredibly fun to do.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Last Days Of Summer

I hate to say it but I'm not sure how much more summer sunshine we are going to get here in the UK, so my bunnies & I have been trying to make the most of it & are going out into the garden as much as possible! One thing I've noticed is how many butterflies we have fluttering around at the moment- joy! With all my thoughts centering around the garden this week, I thought I would show you another one of my Chiffchaff designs. LOVE those wellies :D

Baby Birds

I have two new card designs to share with you today :) I really like the simplicity of this design coupled with the fact that it still conveys the message I want. Hope you like it too! These designs are part of a range that I called Chiffchaff- named after a really sweet looking bird- a little warbler which can be seen all year round in the UK.

One other thing I wanted to share with you is that you can now subscribe to my mailing list :) I thought this would be a great way to let you know in advance about new work, news, events and offers. If you would like to subscribe there is a "Join My Mailing List" widget on right hand side.

Bye Bye for now :)

Good Luck Bunny

I just got home from doing the weekly food shop only to realise that our fridge had stopped working :( Luckily, we have lovely neighbours who allowed me to cram all my food into their fridge! I also whacked my head really hard on the handle of fridge door yesterday as well- I think the fridge knows that we have ordered a new one and now has it in for me! (cue the music from the Twilight Zone). Phil and I are really looking forward to getting our "grown ups" fridge freezer (as we are calling it) because for the last 6 or so years we've been using a teeny tiny one that was given to us- the only problem being that the freezer compartment can only fit a pack of sausages in it and and ice cube tray! Anyway enough of fridges! I thought I would show you my good luck bunny card today. I'm currently busy trying to put together my first ever shop order! Very excited about it, I feel like all the hard work is starting to pay off :)
Bye for now oh and there's still plenty of time to enter my Giveaway if you want to- see the post below or click here :)

My August Giveaway!

Hello, it's that time again! Time for me to say a big thank you to everyone who spends a little time out of their day/week/month visiting with me here at my blog :) Only this month I couldn't decide what my Giveaway should be, so I thought I would let you decide. All you have to do to enter is leave me a message in the comments saying what you would pick from my shop if you won- this can be anything except for my originals and Thingamajigs. Good Luck everyone! I will announce the winner next Monday (10th).

I hope everyone had good weekends? I finally got the bunnies back home and (touch wood) they are much better- which makes me very happy :D I'm also off to Wagamamas this evening to catch up with one of my closest friends and eat some of my favourite food so now I'm even happier!
See you all soon.........
