Hello everyone! How are you all? I missed you! Phil and I had a lovely holiday in the South of France- a very relaxing week and it was just what we needed :) We spent most of our time on the beach with an occasional stroll into the pretty town of Antibes where we visited the wonderful Picasso Museum. I did quite a lot of sketching whilst I was away which I hope to share with you soon and above are some of the photos I took.
And of course I haven't forgotten my Giveaway! This months Giveaway is one of my Chiff Chaff prints and if you would like to enter all you need to do is leave a comment below and perhaps share where your most favourite holiday has been? It may inspire our next trip! I'll be announcing the winner next Monday at 7pm GMT. Good luck everyone!

Your holiday has inspired me - would love a holiday in the south of France. glad you had a lovely time. One of my favourite holidays was to near Padstow in Cornwall, we went during May, the weather was fabulous and as it was during school-time, everywhere was fairly quiet. We spent hours cycling along a old disused railway.
All the best, Lorna
my favourite holiday was venice, my boyfriend whisked me away for a surprise holiday on my 21st. we only went for a weekend, but it was amazing.
The South of France sounds wonderful and so exotic! Looking forward to seeing your photos. Welcome back. I love the print you're giving away. I have had so many wonderful holidays, but the best was to the town of Mendocino on the Northern California coast-- an artist's haven with a rugged coastline, redwood trees, hiking trails along the headlands.
your holiday looks great, i visited France alot as a child. Nowadays i don't really like going away, i have alot of animals and i hate to leave them ! Its a good job we live by the sea so the children get to go to the beach lots! So my fave holiday is to stay at home here in St. Ives, Cornwall!!!!!!!
Oh Emma welcome back! It's soooo good to have you back! *hugz* Really misss you lots while your on vacation. Thanks for sharing some highlights of your trip with us...south of France is just sooo lovely and full of inspiration!
My favourite holiday would be visiting my finance in Hamburg, germany. :)
Have a lovely merry happy day and love to you!
hello
Love this piece, it's beautiful!!
I wish I can go to Europe one day. To explore, yessssssssss!!
Hello
The last time I went to the South of France was when I was a child.
The holiday is still tattooed on my memory as a magical place to stay..
I adore Tuscany in Italy.. the food, the hilltop towns, the light, the people, scents .. it is sublime.
If you ever think of going .. please let me know and I will tell some of the most exquisite places to visit.
Michele
I'm so jealous of your trip! I've only been to Paris in France.
My favorite holiday has been the three-month trip we took after college graduation http://thegranviaje.wordpress.com. We hit nine countries in Central and South America in those three months, lived on practically nothing, and learned a decent amount about life in the rest of the world. I wouldn't trade that trip for anything in the world and would do it again in a heartbeat!
Gorgeous print, by the way!!!

Oh, it sounds like it was a lovely trip!
I would love to go to France! So far, my favorite Holiday has been Hawaii.
my fave holiday was when we went to Burnsville,NC, top of the Smokie Mountains. It was March and it snowed.
It was so beautiful. The creek froze up and we played on the snow.
I miss that. Gotta do it again.
The whirlwind that is Cairo! Ancient and modern, poverty and excess, donkeys and Rolls Royces standing, living, moving side by side. Takes your breath away but leaves you longing to dive head first back in! :)
My favorite holiday was taking a trip to Hawaii for the ProBowl. It was a working trip, but it felt like a vacation!
