I did a little painting experiment this weekend after reading this and this on Cathy Nichols's most inspiring blog. Above is the finished piece and I'm rather fond of it! I like the simplicity and naiveness of it- hope you like it too! The original painting is about to be added to my Etsy and DaWanda shops (and a print of it too).

Beautiful artwork! Yes, I Love it's simplicity too.
